A credit is one single text message of 160 characters. If you send the same message to 100 people it will use 100 credits.
|Do credits expire?
No, never. When you buy credits they will stay on your account for as long as it takes you to use them.
|Can I send longer messages?
Yes. You can send messages up to 456 characters in length – these will use additional credits.
|Is there a monthly charge or setup cost?
No. It’s free to create an account, no credit card required. Pay As You Go (PAYG) for the messages you plan to send and any inbound numbers you need.
|Can I send SMS’s globally?
Yes. We have worldwide coverage but at the moment our focus in on Africa, specifically Zambia, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Malawi, and Mozambique.
|How do I pay?
Most businesses choose to pay by EFT or ECOCASH. Manually as required or using one of our auto-top-up options – this is the easiest way to make sure you never run out of credits. Other payment methods are available to certain organisations, get in touch for more info.
